2026 Academy Coaches E.O.I Information and registration

North Lakes United FC is pleased to announce the submission of our application for a Tier 1 Academy License. This significant milestone will position our club among the leading academies in South-East Queensland, with the aim of achieving a Bronze rating. Our final rating and league placement will be officially confirmed following Football Queensland’s Declaration of Leagues in October.

To align with the standards and expectations of Tier 1 Academy football, North Lakes United FC is implementing a comprehensive restructure and expansion of its Football Department. This initiative will enhance our Academy program both operationally and, on the field, allowing us to provide greater support to our players and coaching staff.

For the 2026 season, we are offering Head Coach positions with highly competitive remuneration packages. Candidates with higher coaching qualifications and/or high level playing or coaching experience will be eligible for enhanced compensation. As we prepare for the upcoming season, North Lakes United FC invites applications from passionate and ambitious coaches who thrive in a structured development environment and are committed to upholding the club’s values and culture.

Successful applicants will be required to deliver up to three training sessions per week and oversee one match each weekend over the course of the season. All coaching candidates must possess a C-Diploma or be actively working toward its completion. The club is committed to supporting the professional development of our coaches and will provide financial assistance to facilitate the attainment of higher coaching credentials.
